Liability for contents

The contents of my websites were created with utmost care. However I can not guarantee the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the contents. According to § 7 Abs.1 TMG i am responsible for the contents of my websites as service provider as per the general laws. According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG I am however not obligated to monitor shared or saved foreign information or to investigate circumstances that would point to illegal activities. Excluded are obligations to remove or block the use of information according to common laws. Liability to this previous point is only possible as of the time a concrete infringement is known. When such infringements become known I will remove these contents immediately.

Liability for links

My websites contain links to extrenal websites of third parties, to which I do not have any influence. For this reason I I can not guarantee or assume any liability for these external contents. Only the operator of these linked websites are responsible for these contents. At the time the websites were linked they were checked for possible infringements. Infringements could not be identified at the time of linking. Permanent monitoring of the contents of the linked websites is not reasonable without a concrete reference point for infringement. If infringements become known I will remove these links immediately.

The multiplication, editing, distribution and all kinds of utilization outside of the copyright are subject to my written consent. Downloads and copies of this website are only meant for private, not commercial use. If the contents of this website were not created by the operator the copyrights of third parties will be paid attention to. These contents will be marked as such. If you notice a copyright infringement please give me a notice accordingly. If any such infringements become known I will immediately remove such contents.

Privacy

The use of my website is possible without use of personal data. If any such personal data is shown (for example Names, Addresses or e-mail addresses) it happens, as far as possible, voluntarily. Without your express consent this data will not be passed on to third parties. I am pointing out that a transfer of data on the internet (for example communication by e-mail) can have security breaches. A seamless protection of data from the access of third parties is not possible for me.

It is expressively forbidden for third parties to, within the duty of imprint, use the published contact data to send commercial and information material. I reserve the right to use legal steps in case of unwanted commercial material being sent, for example spam mails.
